I guess bbc world news just doesn't work thanks se yaa

I like the channel I just cant get it to work on tcf. What am I doing wrong.
sky news works scfi works, when I bring up bbc world it shows ready, I hit the play and it seems like it is trying to work, but it just says ready again. Any sugjestions?

bbc, sci-fi tv, say ready, but don't play. tested another channel, skynews works.
